Age Policy
This page explains 3Allusion account eligibility, the 18+ acknowledgement flow, and future verification requirements.

Minimum age
Product use, uploads, generations, and purchases require eligible adult account access.
Policy baseline
Eligibility acknowledgement is required before product use; formal verification may be required for restricted workflows.
1. Account eligibility
3Allusion is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use the app, upload material, request generations, or purchase credits.
The public marketing and legal pages may be visible without account access, but product use and generation require adult acknowledgement and policy acceptance.
2. No minors or underage-looking content
You may not upload, request, generate, edit, enhance, publish, or distribute any sexualized content involving minors or anyone who appears under 18.
This rule applies regardless of labels, prompts, disclaimers, art style, fictional framing, or whether the content is AI-generated.
3. Acknowledgement versus verification
Adult acknowledgement is not the same as formal identity or age verification. We may require additional verification before enabling restricted features, before processing certain requests, during investigations, or where payment partners or law require it.
Google OAuth, email login, or possession of a payment method is not treated as standalone age verification.
4. Consent-sensitive workflows
If a workflow involves a real person's likeness, body, identity, face, voice, or personal attributes, you must have all required rights and consent. This requirement is especially strict for sensitive, identity-based, or higher-risk content.

5. Enforcement
We may deny requests, remove content, restrict accounts, request verification, refuse transactions, or report/escalate severe cases where reasonably necessary for safety, law, or partner compliance.

3Allusion is a public AI creator platform for eligible users. At launch, anyone who meets the applicable eligibility requirements and accepts the required Terms, Content Policy, and product notices may use the available services, subject to rights and consent requirements and applicable law.
