    Support can help with account access, billing questions, credit issues, failed generations, private media access, and product workflow questions.

    For legal, abuse, rights, or depicted-person complaints, use Report Abuse so the case is routed through the trust-and-safety workflow.

    Billing and credits

    If a generation fails technically, contact support with the account email, tool name, approximate time, and generation context. We can review whether credits should be restored or support credits should be granted.

    During CCBill compliance review or other pre-launch tests, checkout may be disabled and demo credits may be granted manually to a reviewer account.
