    Purchases are billed by 3Allusion e.U. and/or its authorized payment partners. The final billing entity and statement descriptor are shown at checkout.

    1. Billing entity

    Purchases on 3Allusion are billed by 3Allusion e.U., Inhaber Lukas Dreiher, and/or its designated payment processors, acquirers, facilitators, billing partners, or authorized resellers, depending on the payment flow, region, and product configuration in effect at the time of purchase.

    The applicable billing entity, payment partner, statement descriptor, price, taxes, and fees will be shown before completion of purchase and/or on your receipt.

    2. Statement descriptor

    Charges may appear on your card, bank statement, or payment account under 3ALLUSION or another descriptor disclosed during checkout or on the receipt.

    3. Prices, taxes, and fees

    Prices, taxes, fees, and payment-method-specific charges, where applicable, are shown before completion of purchase.

    Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location, applicable law, and checkout configuration. The final amount payable is shown before completion of purchase.

    Available payment methods may vary by region, risk checks, partner availability, and compliance requirements.

    4. Digital credits and paid workflows

    Credits are prepaid digital units that may be used only inside 3Allusion for supported creator workflows, digital content, digital services, generation, editing, enhancement, video, audio, upscaling, and related functionality.

    Credits are not money, stored value, e-money, a bank balance, a financial instrument, a gift card, or a cash equivalent. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or used outside 3Allusion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

    Purchased credits do not expire unless mandatory law or an individually disclosed legal or technical requirement requires otherwise.

    Credits are generally consumed when a paid workflow begins, when a paid action is started, when digital content is generated or made available, or when a digital service is otherwise performed.

    5. Final purchases and EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights

    If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

    For digital credits, digital content, and digital services that are supplied or performed immediately, 3Allusion requires your express request and consent before immediate provision or performance begins, where required by applicable law. You must also acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal is lost for immediately supplied digital credits and digital content once provision or performance begins, and for digital services where applicable once the requested service has been fully performed after your express request.

    Where you have given the required request/consent and acknowledgement, and 3Allusion has provided the required contractual confirmation on a durable medium where required by law, your withdrawal right is lost for the relevant digital credits, digital content, or digital services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    6. Refund expectations

    Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

    • all purchases of immediately supplied digital credits are final once completed after the required express request/consent and acknowledgement;
    • unused credits made available immediately after purchase under that request/consent and acknowledgement are non-refundable;
    • used, partially used, consumed, delivered, or applied credits are non-refundable;
    • paid workflows that have begun or completed are non-refundable;
    • failed or defective workflows are remedied primarily by credit restoration, replacement credits, renewed provision, or remediation where available and legally permissible;
    • cash refunds are provided only where required by mandatory law or where 3Allusion voluntarily approves them;
    • subjective dissatisfaction, stylistic deviation, ordinary AI variation, commercial unsuitability, unsuitable User Content, unclear prompts, or missing user rights/consent do not automatically create a refund claim; and
    • purchases or credits connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, content-policy violations, consent violations, rights violations, minor-related content, illegal content, impersonation, or other misuse may be ineligible for voluntary refunds to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

    If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@3allusion.pro before initiating a chargeback where possible.

    3Allusion may delay, suspend, refuse, reverse, cancel, restrict, or review accounts, purchases, credits, and access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized payment use, chargeback risk, refund abuse, legal requirements, payment-provider requirements, or policy violations.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
