    Credit Terms

    These terms explain how prepaid 3Allusion credits can be used inside the studio.

    Prepaid digital units

    Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can be used only inside 3Allusion.

    1. Contracting operator

    These Credit Terms are between you and 3Allusion e.U., Inhaber Lukas Dreiher, Großharras 231, 2034 Großharras, Österreich, operating 3Allusion / 3Allusion.pro.

    2. What credits are

    Credits are prepaid digital units that may be used only inside 3Allusion for supported creator workflows, digital content, digital services, generation, editing, enhancement, video, audio, upscaling, and related functionality.

    Credits are not money, stored value, e-money, a bank balance, a financial instrument, a gift card, or a cash equivalent.

    Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, sold, assigned, paid out, or used outside 3Allusion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

    3. Expiry and transfer

    Purchased credits do not expire unless mandatory law or an individually disclosed legal or technical requirement requires otherwise.

    Credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, exchange, share, or transfer credits or account balances unless 3Allusion expressly allows it in writing.

    4. Credit costs

    Credit costs may vary depending on the selected product, workflow, model, output type, duration, resolution, quality level, settings, provider cost, feature availability, account status, and product configuration.

    3Allusion may change future credit costs. Such changes do not retroactively alter credits already consumed.

    5. Credit purchases, immediate provision, and consumption

    All purchases of digital credits are final once completed, provided that the purchased credits are made available immediately and performance begins with your express request/consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the statutory withdrawal right, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    Credits are generally consumed when a paid workflow begins, when a paid action is started, when digital content is generated or made available, or when a digital service is otherwise performed.

    Once credits have been made available following the required express request/consent and acknowledgement, they are non-refundable, including where they remain unused, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

    Credits used, partially used, consumed, delivered, applied to a started or completed paid workflow, or converted into generated output are not refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

    6. EU/EEA consumer withdrawal rights

    If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

    For digital credits, digital content, and digital services that are supplied or performed immediately, 3Allusion requires your express request/consent before immediate provision or performance begins, where required by applicable law.

    You must also acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal is lost for immediately supplied digital credits and digital content once provision or performance begins, and for digital services where applicable once the requested service has been fully performed after your express request.

    Where you have given the required request/consent and acknowledgement, and 3Allusion has provided the required contractual confirmation on a durable medium where required by law, your withdrawal right is lost for the relevant digital credits, digital content, or digital services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    Where the statutory withdrawal right has not lawfully expired or been lost, refunds will be handled in accordance with mandatory consumer law.

    7. Failed or defective workflows

    If a paid workflow fails because of a technical error, platform error, provider-side processing failure, server outage, delivery failure, or another issue for which 3Allusion is legally responsible, and no usable output or digital service is provided, 3Allusion will restore the affected credits or provide a replacement run where available and legally permissible.

    Cash refunds are not the standard remedy for failed generations. A cash refund will be provided only where required by mandatory law or where 3Allusion voluntarily approves it.

    If no credits were deducted, or if deducted credits were automatically restored, there is no additional claim to a cash refund for that failed attempt.

    Mandatory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

    8. Abuse and policy violations

    Credits, purchases, workflows, support credits, remaining-credit use, or voluntary refunds may be denied or restricted to the maximum extent permitted by law where they are connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, content-policy violations, rights violations, consent violations, minor-related content, illegal content, impersonation, identity misuse, or other misuse.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
