    Refund Policy

    This policy explains how refunds, support credits, failed generations, and billing questions are handled for prepaid 3Allusion credits.

    1. Scope

    This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credit restoration, failed workflows, support credits, withdrawal requests, and billing issues are handled for 3Allusion digital credits, digital content, and digital services.

    This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Credit Terms, Billing Disclosure, Content Policy, and any disclosures shown before purchase.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    During pre-launch review or limited access testing, public checkout may be disabled for some users or flows. If checkout is disabled and no payment is captured, no refund is required.

    2. Digital credits and immediate provision

    3Allusion provides prepaid digital credits for supported creator workflows, including generation, editing, enhancement, video, audio, upscaling, and related digital services.

    Credits are digital units for use only inside 3Allusion. Credits are not money, e-money, stored value, a bank balance, a financial product, a gift card, or a cash equivalent. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, sold, assigned, or paid out, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

    Purchased credits do not expire unless mandatory law or an individually disclosed legal or technical requirement requires otherwise.

    Credits are generally consumed when a paid workflow begins, when a paid action is started, when digital content is generated or made available, or when a digital service is otherwise performed.

    3. EU/EEA withdrawal right and final credit purchases

    If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases.

    3Allusion supplies digital credits, digital content, and digital services immediately after purchase or immediately after you start a paid workflow.

    Before completing a paid purchase with immediate provision, you are required to expressly request and consent that the purchased credits, digital content, and/or digital services are made available immediately and that 3Allusion begins performance before the end of any statutory withdrawal period.

    You must also acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal is lost for immediately supplied digital credits and digital content once provision or performance begins, and for digital services where applicable once the requested service has been fully performed after your express request.

    Once credits have been made available following your express request/consent and acknowledgement, the purchase is final and the credits are non-refundable, including where they remain unused, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

    Where a withdrawal right has not lawfully expired or been lost, refunds will be handled in accordance with mandatory consumer law.

    4. Non-refundable credits and workflows

    Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the following are final and not refundable:

    • completed purchases of immediately supplied digital credits made after the required express request/consent and acknowledgement;
    • unused credits that have been made available immediately after purchase under that request/consent and acknowledgement;
    • credits that have been used, partially used, consumed, delivered, or applied to a paid workflow;
    • paid workflows that have begun or completed;
    • digital content or digital services that have been generated, delivered, made available, or performed;
    • workflows that produced usable output;
    • results disliked for subjective, stylistic, commercial, or expectation-based reasons;
    • results affected by ordinary AI variation;
    • results caused primarily by unsuitable uploads, unclear prompts, contradictory instructions, missing rights, missing consent, or other user-provided material;
    • purchases, credits, or workflows connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, policy violations, rights violations, consent violations, minor-related content, illegal content, impersonation, or other misuse.

    5. Technical failures and credit restoration

    If a paid workflow fails because of a technical error, platform error, provider-side processing failure, server outage, delivery failure, or another issue for which 3Allusion is legally responsible, and no usable output or digital service is provided, 3Allusion will restore the affected credits or provide a replacement run where available and legally permissible.

    Cash refunds are not the standard remedy for failed generations. A cash refund will be provided only where required by mandatory law or where 3Allusion voluntarily approves it.

    If no credits were deducted, or if deducted credits were automatically restored, there is no additional claim to a cash refund for that failed attempt.

    Mandatory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

    6. AI output variability

    AI-generated and AI-modified results can vary. A result is not considered failed, defective, or refundable merely because it:

    • differs from a prompt, upload, reference image, reference video, character, voice, style, pose, lighting, camera movement, or composition;
    • is less attractive, less realistic, less consistent, or less commercially useful than expected;
    • contains ordinary AI artifacts, distortions, hallucinations, inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected details;
    • is not unique;
    • does not meet a subjective preference;
    • does not satisfy your intended commercial use;
    • depends on an ambiguous, unclear, contradictory, unrealistic, or non-compliant prompt.

    You are responsible for reviewing all output before using, publishing, selling, distributing, or otherwise relying on it.

    Mandatory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

    7. User uploads and user-provided material

    The quality, legality, and suitability of generated output may depend on User Content, including uploaded images, videos, audio, text, prompts, reference material, and instructions.

    Blurry, dark, low-resolution, corrupted, incomplete, compressed, distorted, badly cropped, wrongly formatted, inconsistent, misleading, unlawful, rights-infringing, non-consensual, or otherwise unsuitable User Content may lead to poor, unusable, rejected, or non-compliant output.

    Where output problems are caused primarily by User Content, user instructions, unsuitable references, unclear prompts, contradictory prompts, unlawful material, missing rights, missing consent, or other circumstances within your responsibility, this does not automatically constitute a defect in 3Allusion and does not create an automatic refund claim.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    8. Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, and policy violations

    3Allusion may deny voluntary refunds, support credits, credit restoration, remaining-credit use, or continued access to the maximum extent permitted by law where the relevant account, purchase, credits, User Content, output, or workflow is connected to:

    • fraud or attempted fraud;
    • unauthorized payment use;
    • chargeback abuse or refund abuse;
    • account sharing or account transfer;
    • age-policy violations;
    • rights or consent violations;
    • content-policy violations;
    • illegal content;
    • minor-related content;
    • impersonation, identity misuse, or depicted-person abuse;
    • circumvention of safety controls;
    • breach of the Terms, Content Policy, or applicable law;
    • payment-provider, platform, legal, or compliance requirements.

    Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    9. Refund method and contact

    Where a cash refund is required by law or voluntarily approved by 3Allusion, it will normally be made through the original payment method unless another method is required or permitted by law.

    3Allusion is a public AI creator platform for eligible users. At launch, anyone who meets the applicable eligibility requirements and accepts the required Terms, Content Policy, and product notices may use the available services, subject to rights and consent requirements and applicable law.
